What do they say the correction is? Should be in your estimate is? Should be in your service app.
Update:

Tried charging on supercharger, it failed with no error.
I scheduled a service appointment, but brought it to a closest service center 2 days earlier out of fear of being stranded. They took it in with no questions (big thank you to the tesla team). Got loaner, now the status is "Waiting for Parts". Current estimate is 8 calendar days.

You might have mentioned this already but how do you charge at home(how many amp)?
48A usually during winter. Less for summer (don't like when cord is too warm). Garage gets pretty hot in summer, my mobile charger (used for M3) once automatically lowered to 8A because of heat.

Interesting, maybe it is a “too hot issue”.

My service ticket says "Parts in Transit". I'm dropping it off tomorrow (Fri) morning, and they say it'll be ready Monday at 5pm. We'll see what happens.

It is going to be offered apparently. I'll definitely get it before I hit 50k.
So do we need to drive less until they offer it? Sucks FS owners will get screwed again. Just like the free super charging.

No warranty, that’s a house power supply problem, not a truck problem. The truck diagnosed his house electrical issue.
Seems not. Truck is in service now for a PCS replacement.

For future googling reference, my error codes included:
PCS2_a136_CycloAMosfetHealthCheckFailed
VCLEFT_a561_LVBMSEFuseOvertemperature
VCLEFT_a598_LVBMBeFuseSelfTestFailed
VCLEFT_a543_connectorCoverFault
VCLEFT_a582_goodForPCSPowerCycle

Interesting. Mine was replaced with

48AMP(1777777-12-E)

back in April 2025. Maybe they updated the part? Wonder if E revisions were failing too, necessitating a subsequent F, then now G? Who knows…

In September on my first Cybertruck they used Rev F. It died completely less than 200 miles after then they replaced the HV and a ton of stuff and bought it back. Now I’ve got some PCS issues on my new 71k vin at 5k miles.

I just came across this post…mine is in the shop with parts in transit as well.

I first noticed when my 40a feed went to 24a. I tested on my Y and it was going at 40a.

Seems interesting tho.

Anecdotally, I did get a weird notification from the Tesla app in the middle of the day last week that said something about Powershare unavailable. Then it resolved itself. (There was no power outage in the area, or at my house, so it was out of the blue). I thought we had some sort of power brownout or something and didn't think anything of it.

Now I'm wondering if it was an early warning sign of PCS failure. Interesting.

I will also say that my service center (Fife, WA) usually makes me wait a few weeks to schedule something. This time, when I requested service in the app, they showed available appts starting within 2 days of the request. I wonder if they prioritize PCS issues, knowing the possibility of the truck becoming undriveable.
Mines at Fife too for the replacement. Nice folks there. When I get it back I’ll see what they replaced.

Reply to poll.
I consider a failure ANY confirmed PCS issue that ultimately required replacement of the PCS module.

if failure occurred outside of warranty, please post how much you paid for replacement. It seems to vary quite a bit for some reason.
post vin range and year if you want.
Wow… 50+ PCS failures… that is shocking… this is not a small sample. I know it is relative to “every ct sold” but damn, one part in isolation failing this much in such a small group… genuinely curious what the actual number of failures has been.
