I haven't gone in yet.any updates on your service ticket? I just noticed this and it’s literally in the exact same location.
Following the advice of @SubpartSavvy, above, I fully reclined the passenger seat, then went fully in the other direction (or maybe I did the order the other way). That helped a lot, and it stopped rattling for a couple weeks. Long enough for me to cancel the service appointment, anyway.
I haven't deflated the lumbar pillow yet, as my wife uses that. In any case, the rattle does seem to be caused by loose material(?) in the back of the seat. It's starting to come back, but I'll probably try to do the seat maneuver again and see if that puts enough tension on the seat cover that it stops again.
I do feel better just knowing what it is. My service center is a risky visit in that they usually take multiple visits to get things right, so I figure I'll wait until I can't stand it and I can't temporarily fix it.
