What do you mean by free supercharging? I have taken it to one. I paid for the power. Was I supposed to have to pay to access the Network in general?
Free lifetime supercharging was a major benefit offered on new Cybertrucks this year. I can't remember if the RWD's had it though. It sounds like you didn't get it either way. Not a big deal since you got a FREE TRUCK, but one less reason to keep it. I think the biggest benefit of the RWD is the range.

If you can afford it I say trade it in for a Cyberbeast.

See what Tesla will offer for it in trade. Easy enough to do through the app.
base your decision on that. Might be enough to pay for a new whatever Tesla you like without adding money. Model y performance or base model s with free lifetime supercharging? I’d keep it myself. It’s the rarest of all cybertrucks.

I don’t get what’s so funny?
Don’t mind him. He’s just being defensive because ever since this became such a politically contentious car, there have been many trolls that have descended on this forum with new accounts and attempted to get a reportable rise out of legitimate owners.
This is likely not the case with you but I can see where he gets that.

First off congratulations on your win. Love the truck have fun.

this giveaway is just strange it ended in 2021 and the winner was to receive a single motor rwd cybertruck. How ever one wasn’t ever released until just this year and it was removed almost immediately. So I guess the person running this giveaway was waiting till a single motor version finally dropped?

either way you now own the most rare version of a cybertruck. Despite lacking features you should still drive the shit out it.

I think I'd trade that thing in to Tesla and get the AWD if you don't want to pony up (or don't care for) the Beast. You could end up getting Free Supercharging for life with the purchase of a new one this year!

Can you afford to keep it? If you didn't know the value of this will be added to your income for 2025. So you're probably looking at $70,000 in additional income and taxes, both state and federal. Depending upon your current income, that could be an additional $20,000 to $40,000 in taxes next year, owed in April.

free supercharging only comes with a new or inventory beast with Luxe package. If you're not fully satisfied with the rwd, I would see what you can get for it int he market, and what Tesla would give your for trade on a Beast. Then get a Beast from Tesla inventory. They have some nice discounts right now. You're probably only going to be out of pocket around $30K, but you'll get free lifetime supercharging, free lifetime connectivity, 4 years 50K scheduled maintenance, and wheel/tire/windshield protection, plus FSD. I'd place the value of free supercharging at $3000 to $5000. Depending on your usage, that will offset half the cost difference between the two trucks. You're going to be paying income tax on the truck you won, so if you can score 0% financing, take out enough to pay your tax bill, and let Tesla pay for the interest. They are not currently offering 0%, but hopefully it'll pop up here, before the end of the year. They raised rates a few weeks ago from 2.49 to 3.99. Sometimes they go up before going to 0%.
Alternatively, keep it, drive it, and love it.

I went to a dealership and they said they can’t buy it until it has license plates. Tesla said the same thing, they couldn’t buy it back right now and to hit them back when I get the license plates. I am in Texas in the Austin area. I think $65k is a good deal. It has 280 miles on it and was just manufactured in September apparently.

When yall say free supercharging, do you mean just access or the supercharger network or that you don’t have to pay for the electricity that you get from it?
