Do you have the plus membership? Are you someplace safe?
Our driver will be there very shortly. Don’t worry, they have one of those jumper packs and the towing company they work for responded to a call on a Tesla once or twice in 2018.
Everything will be fine.
Thanks for being a loyal member for 35 years.
Not quite 35 years but, still respectable I think. Back when my great grandfather was alive and they had those cool silver embossed stickers that you put on your car I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Just used it a couple of weeks ago to my dad’s C7 Corvette (my old car) to the shop because it wouldn’t shift out of park (common failure). C8 in the background. Absolute deluge!

pre flight planning is just as important in EV’s as it is in General Aviation. If youre gonna fly from Los Angeles to Miami in a c172 you're gonna have to plan for stops… difference is, if you run out of juice in the sky… you had better have your landing spot picked out… and a good excuse when the FAA comes knocking

Amen, and it’s a big transition from driving an ice vehicle. You really need to know weather, temp, elevation and all kinds of stuff that doesn’t matter when you can just fill up anywhere with and burn C₈H₁₈/C₂H₅OH!

It really is interesting how many parallels comparisons can be made to GA and driving a Tesla. From FSD being compared to autopilot, to xc planning… neither is for everyone that is for sure…

And…you kind of need IFR to drive with our wipers

Don’t forget to check your flaps! Erm, I mean “cantrails!”
They are all I have. You guys with the racks have all upgraded to $4k air-brakes whether you want them or not. How am I supposed to modulate drag? Open the bomb bay in the back?

Wow you need a CCS adapter in those areas I guess. Really shows that more charging is still needed.
In SW PA I'm discovering new charging being installed - but weirdly to me anyway - using CCS1. I'm not following the logic, I though we were all being reasonable and going to NACS. Did I miss a memo? Guess I need to figure out which CCS1 adapter for the CT to get...

ABR is great for pre trip planning and especially when towing. Being able to predict how many stops and what route to take while not in the car, and set parameters like departure energy, etc is really handy. San Diego to Crater Lake for example.

For those areas that still doesn't have Tesla chargers I bought the adapter. Worked great on my last trip when I realized my mobile charger was not working properly.

Sounds like A2Z CCS1 adapter is a well-regarded security blanket. Anyone carrying a NACS extension cable (yes, only for Level 2, not for DC fast charging)?

This is why I made this lol
Weird confluence! I was just thinking about KITT and his evil older brother, KARR, this very morning!!! Holy synchronicity Batman!

I didn't remember that KARR was half silver. CT could join the family as “KART” [Knight Industries, Automated, Roving Truck]. Do this tie-in and give us the cylon sweep in the signature light bar. KARR's was amber.

Let us know how you get to a charger and get charged. Good luck. I just ordered the adapter kit and the adapter from Amazon. Good luck!
