B-Pillar sentry mode / side camera view now active. Update your Tesla app

[Old Spice]

B-pillar sentry / camera view now works on the Cybertruck. Just have to update your Tesla app which now has:

"View B-pillar side cameras with Mobile Dashcam Viewer."

Finally! Works good.

Don't see this on Android?

Probably won't for a while.... We're the red headed step children of app capabilities with Elon's companies...lol

Had to re-pair phone key. B pillar still not showing in the app and definitely still not in the truck.

I am still a little ticked that the camera views changed on screen and they don't show the door slightly. Even the backup view no longer shows the center of the rear bumper. Hopefully they fix that.

No, we're not. I've been using the Tesla app for 8 years now and you should hear the howling when Android gets the new features before iPhone!

Tesla takes turns releasing apps with new functionalities.

I've had it on Android for many weeks!

I tried it on my iPhone 16 Pro, and it worked!

There is now a 4.48.1 version available.
I just got it.

I probably never paid attention before......... but I just realized the 'Live Camera' on my iPhone App could also view the interior of the Cybertruck. Pretty cool!

[BeachDweller]

I had to unpair and repair my iPhone to get all the features back. Seems to work now.
I saw something that I hadn’t noticed before. In my iPhone‘s Bluetooth section, there are two entries for the cyber truck. One of them has a small key beside it, and shows nothing else, and the other does not have a key beside it, but shows all the options there.
Does anyone else have these two showing Bluetooth?
