100% children/kids love it. Drive by a school yard and they all run along the fence waving and screaming. That part makes my day!!!

A finger a day keeps the doctor away or something like that...? Yeah lately about a finger a day, but oddly enough those interactions are always coupled with a positive one within minutes. People "raising the roof" as I drive by, kids hanging out windows telling their mom wow, other teenagers asking to be adopted.

The negative reactions usually make me chuckle but Im starting to worry what might happen if I get the finger while my kids are in the car, a screw may come loose, and I'm not talking in Cyberham.

Midwest - 98% positive.

i’ve had three families come up and want to take pictures with their kids by the truck.

Many great comments from people that understand the truck - about how it’s the future.

I had one person flipped me off in Ohio, and I had some dude in a pick up truck screaming at me yesterday, Central Missouri around Kingdom - strange for a red state. Haters are gonna hate.

Overwhelming positive feedback.

Could you guys just at least add the state you live in? because I’ve had this CYBERTRUCK for three months I’ve had about a dozen interactions all super positive✅. Everybody wants to know about it. I think it’s cool. Never get the finger. Never get people yelling anything, ever! I’m on the coast of New Jersey Monmouth County and reading the comments is like Reading some foreign news. Where do you guys live???? What the hell is the town like that you live in? Sheesh
Shreveport, LA There are only 7 Cybertrucks in our whole city, so it's still a novelty! I have not detected ANY negative reactions in the 9 months of ownership.
If I drive past an elementary school at the beginning or end of their day, I feel like I'm in a parade!
There are also old guys asking what IS that? (Be advised that I am 78, so when I say old....)

Roseville / Sacramento area after owning the truck for six weeks and driving it daily, we've gotten mixed "reviews"...

On the first day we owned the truck, a beat up Silverado work truck sped by us and slowed down ahead so the mullet in the passenger seat could lean out the window and mime the act of fallatio on a horse, which of course was repeated from the comfort of his seat as we drove past again a few moments later, all performed with no regard for my wife and daughter in the truck.

A couple weeks later driving with the windows down on the way back from a nice Saturday lunch, we were treated at a stop light by a pleasant young man at a bus stop with a shouted "Your truck is ugly!" I supported his freddom of speech with a pleasant thumbs up, but apparently this reply triggered him to shout out " Elon's a Nazi!" Which prompted me to rotate my thumb into the downward position. Thankfully the light turned green at that point and we were able to resume our peaceful Saturday drive with no additional commentary from the exuberant gentleman.

And last weekend my wife and I were coming out of the parking lot at the local farmer's market and were rudely passed by a Harley who proudly displayed the bird, then slowed down in front of us maintaining the finger en flagrante for several moments before proceeding on his way. From there we drove to a parking lot at the head of a walking trail where a nice family was loading up their stroller after a walk in the park. I attempted to greet them but neither of them would look at me or offer any verbal response. They simply got in their Subaru and drove away. A middle aged couple that had no other outward appearances of lunacy.

Otherwise we've gotten a few nice comments or thumbs up here and there, which funny enough become quite significant in the overall picture of our opinion of the truck. We never got any feedback from the community one way or the other on my wife's red M3P... so it's quite strange experiencing the derangement towards the CT.

So I'm finding disappointment in random members of my California community has grown substantially since taking ownership a short six weeks ago, and it's especially disheartening for me when my wife and daughter are subjected to these incidents. However we love the truck and have every intention of keeping it for decades. Yes we're that family that drives all their cars for at least 20 years...

I've had mine for 10 months in Atlanta, never had a negative reaction. Most people have tons of questions or want to take pictures with it, and kids go nuts over it.
Live in Atlanta as well. However, I did get some birds but overall positive. My daughter isn’t too keen about it says it’s ugly. However, shes loves riding in it and would love to borrow it. Go figure. Then had some friends who own Rivian saying its ugly but they own the Rivians. Which imo are the ugliest vehicles on the road.

Texas, 99.999% positive. One person called it a fridge and another pretended to puke on it.

Over wise, everyone loves it.
I don’t mind the hate from people that don’t like the truck. That’s fine and an opinion about the truck. It’s the flipping off due to political reasons, when that’s not why I bought the truck.

Subarus definitely make up a large percentage of the negative feedback I get. Funny cause I have a Subaru as well my fourth one over the years.

I just proactively now start giving Subarus thumbs down when I’m in my cybertruck ? (i’m kidding)
I have a Subaru too (passed down to my son.). The WRX is one source and the beat up older models seem to be another. The newer models seem to be more neutral.

I self-hate the AutoPilot in my CyberTruck..

let’s start with fixing that..

bring it to at least where my ModelY was… which was totally different and actually ‘worked’
I TOTALLY AGREE! Make FSD work as well as it did in my 2017 Model X!
I want to set a speed (65) and not drift up to 80! After passing a slower vehicle, it should automatically accelerate back to my set speed without my having to nudge the accelerator!

Agreed!
Yep. My 22-year-old pretty much has the Subaru full-time now so same here, pretty much passed down.

Here is what I have experienced on my current trip from Texas to Florida, Florida to New Jersey and soon returning to Texas via Chattanooga, Tenn. Kids 100% love it. They almost pee in their pants when I let then sit in it. I did have one bird in Pt Pleasant NJ by some ol timer driving a brand new Volvo. Then in Roselle, NJ I was stopped at a light, a car rolled up to my left side. I looked over and two Black women, one in the front driving and one in the back were waving frantically at me. I thought the truck was on fire, that's how enthusiastically they were waving. But no, they both rolled down the passenger side windows and were yelling that they loved my truck, also giving me thumbs up. I buy mini ducks from Five Below and hand them to anyone who shows interest in my truck (good or bad). I rolled my window down and tossed them two ducks thru their open windows and then the light turned green, I turned right and they continued on their journey with the biggest smiles on their faces. So if I see you on the road and you come up to me, you may get A CyberDuck, from The Cybertruck! And yes, if anyone dares spray my truck with paint, you may get sprayed in Bear spray in return.
