How to get the Nokian Hakka LT3?? Everywhere I check only Scorpian 2 Winter is available for the Cyberbeast.
You have to make a small compromise on size, same if you go with Blizzak. 275 (instead of 285) -65-20.

If you are buying a new set of rims, this is a (slight) advantage of the Snow tire package from Tesla: OEM tire size 285-65-20. I personally would not let this small change in tire size be much of a factor in my decision. That said, the Pirelli snow tires from Tesla look really good for snowy highway travel.

@pricedm Not me! We went to Arapahoe Basin! Those tires look tough though!!!
The Tesla service center didn’t understand the ā€œe-commerceā€ order and shipping process. It was a busy Christmas chaos month. So, they never got the tires and rim wheels in so we canceled the order via the Tesla ap. I may slap on a set before our snowboard/ski trip in Feb and March if I can decide. Our kids are proper, they’ve been skiing since they were in diapers. I am described as thug life rebel snowboarder. ;-)

Loving the Nokian Outpost NAT so far but haven’t hit any deep snow yet here in New England. FWIW I Paid $1,600 delivered from eBay. Had them installed/balanced on OEM rims at local Firestone for $150. Tesla-recommended alignment was unnecessary according to local SC but they still cleaned my windshield cam for free. Have some ski trips up north coming up so we’ll see how they do.

Update: did quite a bit of hooning during the most recent snow event here in New England.

Compared to the KO2’s on my Land Cruiser the Outposts seem to handle ice better (though they are brand new and I had slippery conditions set to ā€œonā€ in the CB) definitely bite more in compacted snow and are about the same in loose unplowed snow - which is to say, pretty darn good.

Compared to the OEM Goodyear A/S they replaced on my CB it’s obviously night and day in the snow and ice, and the Outposts are noticeably grippier in wet/rainy conditions. That said, I will definitely go back to the Goodyears in springtime though because there’s still a ton of tread on them and frankly they look badass.

I also enjoy my Outposts. Don't discount them in the summer. They aren't really winter as much as the others in the Nokian line. More flipper action which is needed in heavy snow. They also do fit the chains that are sold in the Tesla store.

Nice tires. Very good in deep snow and general winter slop

I’m considering these for my incoming CyberBeast. I live in Utah and Ski, so snow/ice performance is critical for me.

What Wh/m are you all seeing and how does the road noise compare to the stock options?

Loving them so far. Excellent snow tire. Any noise difference compared to OEM Goodyear A/S is imperceptible to me. Getting about 500-510 Wh at 70-75 mph in chill dynamic, slightly worse mileage w FSD on. Baseline is late ā€˜24 Cbeast w terrestrial armor.
