Wind noise driver door + window

What’s a “stuffer”? I would google it but I feel like I’d need my safe search on for that.

Im sure its just a piece of foam tubing they install within the weatherstripping.

I think this was mentioned years ago when Service was chasing wind noise around a window in my Model S. IIRC, it had something to do with forcing the glass tighter to the rubber gasketing... like some short of shim. But I'm not 100% sure on that...

They made the noise go away, but then the window kept sensing an obstruction when rolling up and would roll down again.

"Do you want the window to close, or get rid of the wind noise?"

I selected a functional window and lived with the noise for 10 years...

So Tesla service gave me my truck back and they didn’t fix anything. They also damaged my wrap + broke a plastic piece at the bottom of the fender. I’m now going in again in a month for the same issues… SIGH

I also have a shaky mirron so they replaced it for me in this service but I am not able to take it back and test it. Will test it on Monday (June 23) when I go into the Service Center

Can you send me your invoice for your shaky mirror? Mine do the same especially the driver side mirror when driving 70 mph or more, and they just keep sending me away telling me everything's is normal or within spec...

They gave me a Whole new door and mirror - also I installed weather stripping to cover the gaps between the fender & door and now my CB is whisper quite up to 120kph. then it gets loud from windsheild noise.

Mine is at service for same issue. Mind sharing what weather stripping you used and the service invoice? Glad you got it fixed.

My wrap guy installed the weather stripping on both doors and works great.
