I have two ready for you. When I got my Falkins the tire company said two Goodyear OEMs were still good and told me to hang on to them so I did. If you are interested, I can send you pics of the sidewalls (for age and serial numbers) and tread depths. The bad news is that I’m in Orange County but I’m sure we can figure out someone going North or South.

I make frequent trips there weekly. I can throw them on a pallet and wrap them up for you if you want me to. Its actually no big deal. Let me know.

Why would they want to cost themself more money? Tesla, I mean. I can't see them buying Goodyear tires and paying for a part that served no purpose. The best part is no part.
Goodyear: We will sell these to you cheaper for your cars, if when customers replace the tire, you recommend these?
Tesla: Sweet cheaper tires, we can also mark them up in our service centers.
Customers: I just want the same factory tires it came with, I’m fine with it costing $150 more per tire. It must be important to have foam inside, if Tesla adds it, it must serve a purpose.

Again, I’m just completely speculating here, I have no evidence here.
