Dear CybertruckCo and the Cybertruck community,

I want to sincerely apologize for the unauthorized use of an image that belonged to @CYBERTRUCKco @Roger@CYBERTRUCKco on our website. This was a mistake that we take very seriously. We deeply respect the hard work and creativity of others, and we understand that such an action violates trust and professional ethics.

Upon being informed of this issue, we immediately removed the image from our website. We are now conducting a thorough review of all content on our site to ensure there are no similar cases of infringement. Additionally, we are implementing stricter internal processes to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

This situation does not reflect our values or how we aim to conduct ourselves as a part of the Cybertruck community. We apologize to CybertruckCo for this oversight and to the community for failing to meet the standards you expect from us.

I can imagine some employees just did not know where to get images for a page or something. They were probably not careful enough to check the copyright notices on Google Image Search result. So I think it is a process issue. Things like this happens in new companies where the processes are not well formed. My 2¢.

From what I’m gathering, they have been officially caught twice. Are they manufacturing themselves like @CYBERTRUCKco or UP or just reselling? And if either is true, they need to hire their own photography team and differentiate.

Straight stealing images for promotion isn’t polite and doesn’t belong especially being allowed to continue as a Site Sponsor but that’s my own opinion. I appreciate the public apology though. Saying sorry means you’re not going to do it again.
