I'm leary about any seat being able to hold an average man while accelerating 0-60 in less than a second.

Element 224a looks like a perfect device to blow up your hip during a side collision. FYI that's a "Utility Patent" not a "Design Patent". Design patents are based on aesthetics. Utility patents are based on usability.
