I see a crack as well. That pic has nothing to do with my window seal.

I must live in Bizzaro World. People getting MX loaners on here... meanwhile I get this notice before I go in for service.

Dang! My service center basically said, “choose whatever loaner you want.”

I picked a MX which turned out to be

SC is saying that won’t fix this. They have to move that fender up so that part sits flush. They’re just being straight up lazy. Shameful.

Where / What is this? It appears to me as if there is damage.

The part where the a frame meets the hood. Where the two peaces of metal fit together. You have to move the fender up to allow that metal to fit into the groove.
