For some reason the sentry camera previews aren’t working anymore. We usually have a few every time we leave the truck somewhere.

We were sitting at a restaurant today watching people wander around the truck and take selfies. We would normally see those previous where we got in the truck. That stopped working on Friday.

Is there an easy fix for this?

I imagine a re-boot would fix it. If not, your USB memory stick might be defective. The next step would be to re-format it (after noting the proper directory structure).

Or, you could just let Tesla Service fix it.

regarding formatting, it can be done while plugged in. There is an option in the security menu and it will format and recreated the proper directory structure. Therefore no need to memorize it or remove the drive from the vehicle. At least that’s how it is on my M3P, havnt seen my truck yet.
