Dude. Everyone else on here figured out how to make it happen. Youāre fighting a losing battle here with your juvenile arguments. No one does cashiers checks anymore. Youāre attempting to buy the most technologically advanced vehicle weāll probably ever see in our lifetimes. Get with the times or farewell, sir.Neither one I was telling it as it happened, and the extra money was to buy other options that were not on my contract (A charger). Even with that extra if they would had said to me that they could not return the extra I would have let them have it or returned the next day with the proper amount.
The GM of the Deliver Center did not even want to look at my check or the "Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement" from Tesla that they wrote, and I printed out for my records or the check.
A contract is a contract, and I followed it to the letter.
Did You get your CT, and did you pay cash for it through a Cashers Check between Dec. 2024 to Dec. 20, 2024, and the final payment was more than $50K? If NOT, you do not know nothing about this problem.
So, grow up it is not about you or your fears that that Tesla or any company can make a mistake.
NOW IS IT!
Are there any ambush attorneys out there maybe they would like this case of breach of contract.
Obviously, this person does not know about contract law.
Have Fun!
Edit: Also, when you order extras like chargers or accessories, those are a separate order that you pay for online at the time of the order, not on delivery day. So your misinformation about how Tesla does business is your problem, not theirs. Youāve ranted multiple times about Teslaās ābreach of contract,ā yet havenāt shown your order agreement or check you brought. Isnāt that peculiar?
