Coincidently, I just messaged enhance over this for their commander and S3XY buttons this morning and stumbled on this thread getting revived. I'm pretty damn close to trying to solve this myself if neither them nor Teslaunch will do it.
keep us posted! I am game for anything... I haven't looked into trying to do it myself, but now you have me very curious as I do enjoy tinkering with electronics!

I wish the steering wheel had a re-mappable button or 2. If they do design this for the cuber truck, please do it without the storage holder, Something on the back of the steering wheel, hidden would be nice.
It is pretty wild for a truck with all the options, ride height, tailgate, etc that there are not 4-6 pmapable buttons on the wheel or console area.

I've been toying recently tapping into the etherloop system on Cybertruck anyway. The 48V system that I'll summarize that "replaced a lot of wiring and shit" is interesting, but I have the twisted pair cable that you need to utilize on its way to my house. If it is similar to past tinkering I've done on my model 3s ODB port for can data, I should be able to get something working relatively quick.

Concept in my brain and I'm modeling the housing for as I type this is... a toggle "center" or "hub" where you could mount/slide buttons in or remove them and have around the truck if you decided to. This will ultimately be aimed at sitting where the rearview mirror is, so will require a delete for the hub.

I have a raspberry pi in a bin somewhere that will be the controller for bluetooth buttons. Will let you know how this goes when the cable comes.
