One of the Winter Snow Tire Steel Wheel has slow leak

I ordered and received the Winter Snow Tire Steel Wheel package a few weeks ago. When I put them on last week, I noticed one tire was at 26 PSI while the other 3 were at 49 PSI. I inflated the lower one to 49 PSI, but it's dropping about 1 PSI every 2 days. There's definitely some slow leak. I have a upcoming ski/road trip from SF to BC Canada in 2 weeks, but unfortunately I'm still not able to get connected with the customer service. @T Sportline could you please help?

I didn't even know there were winter tires? ! I did notice no snowflake on the standard tires, as lot of Canadians look for (and necessary out west!). But have been impressed with snow handling so far in the early innings of winter.
