Charged till 75% at the SC. It won’t be moved till next Tuesday now. Traveling for the holiday weekend. Excited to see my battery drain over the next four days with it sitting in the garage. No sentry mode or climate control on. The bottom is cut off because my address is showing. Need to research if there is a way not to show my address on the iPhone widget

Doubt it will drain much if at all as long as you have everything off. Mine’s been sitting for 3 days without change.

Very good to know! I’m definitely having that EV noob range anxiety. I didn’t want to risk it and park out in the airport parking for four days so I’m taking my 4Runner instead tomorrow morning. I’ll report back with how many Tesla I count in the garage tomorrow morning. Haven’t ever paid attention till now…🤣

One could say Cybertruck ownership is life changing! I’m struggling with selling my old beat up mini van because of that very reason. There are times when I prefer not to leave my truck places or drive it places. Maybe that will soften with time.

REM is famous around here for BS unsolicited advice. Officious pr*ck.
That kind of personal attack is completely uncalled for. While I disagree with @REM on the danger of those little inside door handles (I figure people should be responsible for their own actions), he almost always gives accurate solid advice and info. More so than the typical stuff I see on forums for sure.

My views on those handles might be biased by the fact that I got my hand caught in the door of the families 1964 Rambler station wagon when I was only 5 years old. Hurt like hell, 100 percent my fault. The wagon had standard door handles, I just fucked up. I never got my hand caught in a door again. Live and learn. By 2050 or 2060, all car doors will be slow close, they will be impossible to slam. But humans will just become more complacent, figuring the world is 100% safe and they don't need to take responsibility for their actions and find new dumb ways to injure themselves. Of course it will never be their own fault.

Just Two Model 3s at the airport this morning. I’ll be seeing way too many Teslas to count where we’re headed this weekend! LOL

It will. I don’t miss an ICE at all except on twisty mountain roads when I miss a manual transmission. My old Miata was purpose built for this.

Congrats on fitting it in your garage! I do the same, but it's tight...
Thanks. I got plenty of space still in the back. Enough to open the tailgate. Thankful and Grateful to have an oversized garage. 🙏🏾🇺🇸❤💪🏾

My brides up front. Rolling shotgun. 🤣. The days of my nefarious activities are over. 🤣
Hey, it's just admiring nature's beauty. I don't avert my eyes from gorgeous sunset

(Now that I think about it: if that is in your back seat, you're already in trouble with or without the mirror)

I’d be in the back seat too. Let’s take this FSD to the next level and really test it out! I’m joking, before anyone tells me not to try it, I KNOW! lol.

Okay. I’ve been on a flight for the past four hours. Napped and hour and half or so. Spent the rest of the time reading about my new CT. This forum and Reddit and Facebook. Reddit is terrible. The hate towards this truck is insane.
1. It’s not a truck. Umm yes it is, just cause it doesn’t look like every other one doesn’t mean it’s not a truck.
2. You can’t get anything out the bed via the sides. I can. Most people can’t do that in normal trucks. If anything this one’s better because of the entry height. I just drove through I-10 in all of Texas. El Paso to the Louisiana Border. The Amount of lifted trucks I saw was mind boggling. They’re not even using their beds. They can’t get anything up there without a forklift.
3. General hate for Elon. But everyone has to agree whether you like him or not, man has changed the world.
4. CT can’t tow. Last I checked, 11K pounds is sufficient to pull a boat or two skis to the lake or ocean. Or haul a medium dual axel utility or box trailer filled with atvs, work equipment, material. Etc.
IMO people are just haters. It’s cause Elon supported the President of the USA for a short time. Im not talking politics with you guys. Mom taught me don’t talk religion and politics with people you don’t know. All I’m saying is the points people are making online about how the CT isn’t a truck are all moot to me.

I’ve been trying to call my pick up dealership this morning. I’m stuck in an infinite loop of ringing after I selected my options, and then after a few minutes of ringing the phone disconnects.

Haven’t received a response via text from the app either.

Frustrating when I can’t speak to a real person.

Tesla doesn’t do phones. They expect u to use the app and text them. I relate to the frustration!
