Monitor for mirror?

On my MY when I turn on the turn signal, the side camera display comes on the center display. This is awkward and distracting. Do we think there will be tiny video monitors in the corners of the door windows? Or if some after market company will make auxillary monitors for those who remove the side mirrors?

We don’t know anything for certain yet.

Some are content looking at the center screen. As someone who would like to remove the side mirrors, I’d at least like an instrument cluster above the wheel where the side view cameras could be viewed, but it‘s not looking good for even an instrument cluster.

I personally doubt we’re getting monitors on the A pillars for viewing the cams if we may not even get an instrument cluster.

Tesla is moving away from clusters .. and putting everything on the infotainment system.. i wouldn't expect the CT to have one... that being said there are a LOT of aftermarket clusters that fit in the vent rail on a Y and are fairly easy to install..

Personally took a bit to get used to .. but now I love the layout of the Y as it is and need nothing moved or added.
