Just a heads up: no returns from evcyberproducts

I recently purchased a center console organizer on eBay from evcyberproducts. I realized when I purchased the product that no returns were aloud so I can’t complain about my loss. But I thought I would let others know my experience so maybe they can avoid the same outcome. The product I received felt nothing like the OEM part but more like low grade plastic with rough edges. Despite that I gave it a try and immediately realized it didn’t fit the location properly. There are four “legs” that keep it in place. Three fit but one is short and allows the tray to sit cockeyed. I messaged the seller but got the standard “Sorry no refunds or returns allowed”. Granted only $28 so not a big loss.

I thought eBay had a pretty ironclad return/guarantee?

You received a defective product so their "return policy" is moot. Call your credit card company to process a charge-back of eBay won't make it right.

Having a "no return" on a defective product is not legal in the U.S.

I promise I am not paid to say this. However, I literally just did a review of a similar item from Elecfresh that I will be posting in the next few days that works fantastic.

For future reference I would stick with the vendors you see on this forum. I have a few things from several of them and so far I am pleased with their products and service.

I would contact eBay and let them know that the product was not as described and the seller is refusing to return the item. 99% of the time eBay will side with you because they don’t want you to dispute it with you credit/debit card company. If eBay denies your request then contact your card provider and let them know you want to dispute the product because it’s not as described.

I know it’s only $28 but don’t let these people rip you off and practically steal your money. They need to know there are consequences for their actions.

Someone on Etsy just tried to do this to me and Etsy took the money back from them. So now, their product is in the trash and they’re out the money. If they truly believed in the product they would pay $10 shipping and recoup as much as they could from the original product.
