2nd day of having my CT and received a Power Reduced DIR_a126 message that says to schedule service. AC no longer works.

Anyone else see this before? I have service scheduled, but want to see if it's really serious.

I let it go to sleep...now it's undrivable. I'll have to get it towed, I guess.

Between the computer, the motors, and the HV pack, a loss of thermal management is fatal. I’m sure it has shutdown to avoid damage.

It’s fixable, and covered by warranty, but repairs will take as long as they take.

I went into service and reset the HVAC, then ran a full test.

I will keep my appointment, but everything is working and got green checks. I had a bunch of red with the cooling system.

It appears the problem occurs any time I put the truck under hard acceleration. Service is Thursday. I just come home, reset, and it seems to fix itself. I'll just not go fast until then.

@SCTesla Had the EXACT same issue yesterday. The messages disappeared this morning and doing hard accelerations didn’t have the problem come back. But I’m still taking it first thing tomorrow in the morning.

Did your issue resolve?

I had this error message pop up twice last week, seemingly out of no where! It said exiting and re entering the vehicle may restore operation.

Anyone else have this happen? Is it worth reporting to service centre?
