Need to be more specific...are you referring to general haze / dirt on the inside of the windsheild or are you referring to the part of the windsheild where the front facing cameras are located?

For cleaning the interior of the windsheild, I use a swiffer (that disassembles) and attach a microfiber cloth to it. Then use Sprayway on the windshield.

Hose/spray water. First I rub it in with wet micro after it’s been 3 minutes and then I rinse it well

Many thanks to @Penukoko for alerting me to this product.
I finally got a nice day and gave it a try. I had gotten my truck in mid-December. About a week later we got a cold spell and did not see 32 degrees until sometime in February. Lots of small snow/ ice events meant that my truck was sitting in road salt for months. By the time spring arrived, my truck had little brown mag chloride freckles all over.
I did as the OP did. One or two panels at a time. Hosed off the truck, then quickly washed a panel with car soap on a microfiber towel, and rinsed it off. Sprayed the purple stuff on generously, and let it sit about 3 mins. Then using a different, damp microfiber towel, rubbed the cleaner in, in a circular motion. (Also wiped down the adjacent black trims that got overspray). Rinsed off that panel, rinsed the cloth, and repeat.
Works great. This thing had hundreds of spots on it, and I seriously wondered if I had waited too long. Truck looks the best it has, since new. I have two or three stubborn spots, that will probably come out if I try again. The weird thing is, Iron-X looks and smells like automatic transmission fluid. I finished yesterday evening, and all I can smell even from the window facing the driveway is ATF!
A few photos of the tailgate and one after shot of the rear quarter. (SS is hard to photograph if you want to catch surface images!) Cheers!
