Introducing T Sportline CTX Extreme Duty Front Bumper with Integrated Winch (High-Output) & Lighting

It was a busy weekend, but I have completed my new CTX bumper install! T-Sportline and their engineers did an amazing job with the design, it looks great and internally integrates the winch beautifully. There were a ton of small details that made the install go very smooth (I'm in manufacturing, so know firsthand the work and thought that had to have gone into this design).

There was some knuckle busting, but I know spaces were kept tight on purpose to help keep the design as slim as possible. I owe a special thanks to Adir at T-Sportline, whose help on my order and getting me all the accessories that I would need to complete it, he was phenomenal!

I ended up installing a Warn Zeon 14-S (not on their list, but I just had to make a small modification to the winch controller mount plate to accommodate it). I went with the Morimoto HXB 4 Bangers for the lower bumper fog lights. Then took a totally different approach on the top bumper mounted lights. I converted a pair of KC Titan Gravity's, into a 3-pod light bar and made a custom mount for it.

Overall, very happy with the final look. Next, I'm looking at possibly making a small bull bar to go around the KC's, using the provided factory mount locations on the CTX bumper.

Today's install job at T Sportline Atlanta -

I got about 5 hours in and what I accomplished.

1 hour: Removed the old and all brackets. 1.5 beers
4 hours: put the new supporting brackets on, added 8 lights to the bumper, transferred the camera, washer, etc, harness. 6 beers.

No wiring done, haven't mounted the winch yet. I'm in no hurry as Im leaving tomorrow for a few days then back out of town for a few days next week.

Been watching videos and pausing non-stop. I'm curious if when anyone else pulls the wheel well guards back to remove the 10mm bolts, if those were installed. Both of mine were not there, but then, poof, they fell out of out somewhere.

My two bolts were there. Just not screwed in! Both were sitting on part of the plastic bumper. Whatever machine was supposed to screw them in, dropped them instead! I’m amazed they stayed there for over a year!

I am running a warn 10K I had from the previous truck I used a high end snatch/pulley block even when I had a 12k Hydraulic on a landcruiser.

To do this Warn I did not need the relocation kit for the top hat. Just put the control box tray on the passenger side location. Route and clock existing cables to it and add boots. Pluged in the wireless hub to the remote plug and routed the reciever under the passenger flare for more range.

I used a factor 55 loop guard to go hookless and closed system. I am just running a optima battery I had already and a 48-12-30 DC/DC converter for now.
