How to order parts?

I've never damaged my Teslas before but last night, leaving a tight parking garage, I accidentally cracked the driver side rear view mirror housing. Do I just open a service request and say I need to order X part? Is there a repair manual online anywhere I can reference on how to replace the part once I receive it? Thanks!

I found i had to open a service request and ask specifically for the part number. In my experience I had to go to service center to pick up the part. That's the only sucky thing.
