It does! I only did the front two because that's where I heard the bass distortion and vibration. Now that those are fixed, I can hear it coming from the back. Sound aside, it just makes the truck feel more solid. So glad I did it and am definitely doing the rear doors now that I know first hand how much it helps.

Here is my walk-around of all the doors before. Can't believe I actually said "Rears are fine."

Same walk-around after fixing the front doors. Rears sound the same as before but sound terrible now, in comparison to the fronts.

I probably spent about 8 hours total to do two doors. Getting that first top trim piece off without breaking it is really difficult. The air bag is a critical tool IMO of the process (could stuff it down near the pegs and apply pressure locally) but I ended up also using a half dozen different trim pry tools. Everything else was pretty simple - just slow and steady.

The instructional video is great but I did one thing differently. I installed all the CLD sound dampening panels before spraying the rubber into the cracks (I left about 1/2" gap so the spray could get in to the corners). I trust the adhesive on the panels better than the rubber goo and the rubber seals the ends. This way I am confident the ends of the panels won't lift after years of vibration.

If you got your windows tinted you can use the edge of that of ensure your windows are realigned properly when putting them back in. Just make a note of it before removing.
