Is there a trick here? From what I am seeing on Tesla's website, it appears that the lifetime data and supercharging package cant be transferred from the original owner to a new one? The truck already shows the data now has an expiration date so I assume that perk has already been erased. I havent been able to verify if the unlimited charging has been dropped yet though.

The truck has less than 1k miles on it. Is there a way to get it back or write to Tesla. The truck was purchased for a marketing campaign from a business and I am purchasing it pretty much brand new. I'd hate to lose what I consider the best feature (unlimited supercharging) and am wondering if anyone has any experience with this sort of situation?

Don’t know but bummed that $9.99 premium connectivity is going up to $13.99.

This $4 will add up fast for all those Teslas just to have radio and navigation. LOL.

Any word on the yearly price? I imagine it would go up unless they're just pushing people to buy yearly.

Looks like we can still get a year for $99. With subscription prices always going up over time I'm curious if I can lock in current rates and push back my expiration.

I don’t see how it could hurt you to call them, explain the situation and ask.

Well, picking up my truck on Tuesday. From what I've gathered, it was used as a promo vehicle for less than 1k of driving and sold 2 weeks after it was originally purchased. Everything I see on the dash shows that data and supercharging was yanked already, although I cant tell if SC was yanked until I try using a supercharger. I bet the truck never even used the SC once.

Does anyone know who to talk to or write at Tesla? I've become pretty close with the service manager at my local dealership as he is handling my Lemon Buyback but im not sure if he has any ability to do anything.

It just sucks that the truck wouldnt transfer the SC and Data if its less than a month old and wasnt even used by a standard customer. Hoping Tesla will help me out.
