I'm hesitant to get the KO3's as I have them on my Hummer H2 and I've had nothing but problems with wearing uneven and thousands have had the same issue. Maybe there's been a change since 3 years ago when I got my set?
BF Goodrich KO3 were “officially released 5/1/2024” so sounds like you’re referring to older KO2.

IMHO the KO3 is a big improvement— better, snow, traction, and quieter on the highway.

To OP, I bet the Cybertruck stock AT tire is a good choice for most AZ travels. Check out the Cybertruck testing in Moab….on the stock AT tire on serious rock terrain. Plus it has decent on-highway performance and energy efficiency

Agreed. The stock AT was a great tire for highway, city driving, etc. Smooth, quiet and durable. I did some trail running and off-roading and they were fine there, too (although not particularly grippy on loose material). My only real criticism was the poor performance in snow. The KO3s are an effort to correct that latter concern.

Correct. I got them mixed up with my KM3's where I had the 2018 version and now the 2022 versions and both are horrible for wear so that being said, hope they use a different compound which I be tthey do for the KO3's and the world wide cupping issue is fixed.

Are you happy with energy consumption and noise of the KO3s compared to OEM AT tires? I am happy with the KO3s on my ICEmobile--but its a dumb, loud truck.

Yes, I'm very happy and, to be honest, a little relieved, that the KO3s sound only marginally different than the OEM Goodyears. Not louder, just slightly different hum. I'm super sensitive to these things and particularly obsessive about it. In fairness I have not done any roadtrips with them yet, so I can't yet comment on whether they effect range, but I will be doing one of my regular Florida to Canada and return trips again shortly and I look forward to seeing the results.

So a quick update to this post. Tires are doing well however I have increased the tire pressure to 60psi. Now what’s annoying is I constantly have a tire pressure higher exceeds notification. Is there a way to turn this off?

I've been running at 65psi on my KO3s for 6k miles now and running a great 410w/m ave. Don't even hear the tires. Tires wearing perfect and have never seen high pressure warning?

I have been running 65psi on K03s for 10,000 miles now, no noticeable wear and no warning messages. I just looked up the chalk test as suggested by Travis64 and will do that as an experiment because I have wondered whether I might have the tires rather overinflated. (Wondering if I could make the highway experience a little smoother with less inflation.)

I doubt it’s overinflated. My F350 is a tad bit heavier and it gets 65psi. I’m guessing 65 is a very good pressure for them.

If anyone does a chalk test… share the results… I would love to know the end result.

This is what I see

Which wheel set do you have selected in the wheel settings? The all terrain option manual recommends 65psi when under load so it might allow for the higher pressures without warning whereas the all season option recommends 50psi regardless of scenario.

This is good info. I have been running KO3s for a few thousand miles and I am just getting ready for three different road trips. Got a bolt through the tire the second day I owned the truck. Bought it used with 6k miles. Only tire the local place had in stock in my size was the KO3. Luckily that was the one I wanted. Took it as a sign and replaced all 4.
They do ride a little stiffer at 50PSI but the higher ply will do that. I absolutely love them so far but I have been running KO2s with my Raptor for 5 years now. I will air up to 65 and see if I notice much difference. I can tell you my efficiency is not great but that is a result of right foot enjoying the beast and not a function of the tire.
I run the aero covers with them and I love the look for what it’s worth.
