I’d love to know that too. I wish you could program “current location” as a favorite. Like a way point. Haven’t figured out how to do that though.
I think parking spot selection is listed as an upcoming improvement

So you can try this (don't know how well it works yet), I have been trying to get the CT to pull into my garage spot for me - can't seem to get it to recognize it as a spot, however, during researching this, people said you can go to your desired location, then open up google and find the exact coordinates for that position. Delete your home address and put in the coordinates instead and save that as your home. Worth a shot. Teslas maps don't let you zoom in as much as google and if you put in an exact gps coordinates it should work - in theory.
I tried this and the navigate won't let you add by gps coordinates. Only allows to add by address. Can't save by gps coordinates.

There is a way to do it... You have to convert the coordinates into a google plus code or something. I did it myself but a buddy was helping me.. Here's what the internet has to say.

Method 2: Using Google's Plus Codes
  1. Find the exact location on Google Maps and drop a pin.
    • Copy the Plus Code from the pop-up window (it will look like 6JQC+RP5).
    • Paste the Plus Code into the Tesla's navigation search bar.
    • Wait for the location to be recognized and then select it to begin navigation.

Or you can try this one

  1. Get the coordinates from Google Maps by right-clicking on the location and copying the latitude and longitude that appear.
  2. Open the Tesla app on your phone.
  3. Tap the "Navigate" button or search bar.
  4. Paste the coordinates into the search bar.
  5. Select "Send to Car" to send the location to your Tesla.

Might actually work if you find it on your phone and then hit share and select the Tesla app like you’re sending it to the car. Than navigate there. Then go to recents and try saving it.
I send locations to my wife’s car all the time that way.

Here is what Grok says how to do it with more details. Seems to work fine.
