Yes, the OEM light bar attaches to the top of the windshield, so no problem there.

Yes, the 1/4"-20 t-nut slots are there to mount hooks and anchors to load stuff as you mentioned. Light bar on the front leading edge or on top. We also have a roof panel option as well.

Also, can you share which Baja Design lights are installed in the picture, and how they are mounted to your bracket?
