Twraps products not ready for prime time.

I leaned in on their products, and ordered the door handle inserts, sliding tray for the armrest storage, floor divider, and storage divider.
Fails…..
door handle inserts don’t fit properly, they cut into the door upholstery, look cheap.
The sliding tray broke the first trip I made, with the “wing” splitting off. It’s very brittle.
The floor tray is ok but the rest of my $100.00 order is in the trash.

I would try TWRAPS. Have most of their stuff and all turned out great. One little issue but amazing customer service. They replaced free of charge

Thanks for sharing. I've had good luck with Tesbros especially watching their wrap videos but can understand since the products you're referring to are not related to wrapping the outside. Have you tried reaching out to them for support?

Like some other members, I've been using products from EVVida/BestEVMod and like them a lot. Maybe it's something you can try if you're not liking what you already have. I'll list a few below for reference.

Even the best vendors on this site suffer from QC and inventory problems. Some go as far as just taking money and waiting for the shipping container to arrive. Drop ship with 40% markup is common because one couldn't find the product as it's normal brand name. Yet it is a cybertruck product or a Tesla product it carries a premium.

Youtube videos or fancy promo photos from the vendor overseas are common. Actual product very different.

? agree with you. It's the reason why I quality check all the vendor sourced license plate frames per item for my shop then etch them one-by-one to ensure quality prior to shipping.

I have been working with Twraps customer service. They have replaced the affected products with updated versions. They are much better - so I’m satisfied with my purchase. Especially the door handle inserts which are now great handy little storage pockets.

I love my TWRAP's door handle pockets, conter console extension and behind the center screen console. Fits great, definitely increases my Cyberbeast's available cubby spaces.
