I assume you got yours since I got mine delivered on the 9th. Just curious if you have installed and used it yet? I’m not sure if I got a defective one or not, but it definitely isn’t getting cold enough to freeze anything (which was the main purpose I bought mine).

I also noticed that when the fridge is running and the truck is parked, sentry mode no longer records motion events which makes me a bit concerned that it’s drawing to much power at the rear console outlet causing sentry to not function properly.

Curious if you have had any time to test yours out and noticed any of these issues? I reached out to Paul at cybergearco this morning and waiting to hear back to see what he thinks.

I have had mine for about 3 weeks now and have powered it both ways (suggest reading this thread-https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/how-to-keep-a-fridge-in-cybertruck.43662/)
I have run two coolers this way parked at a hotel and the sentry mode works fine.
I even have a radar detector powered off of the windshield camera lead? and everything works great.
The main reason that I removed the power supply from the Cyber Cooler was to reduce the drain on the main battery. Running my large and Cyber coolers together uses less power on 12 volts than the Cyber Cooler running by itself on the 120 volt outlet (~25 to 80 watts on 12 volts for both coolers VS ~95 watts on 120 volts for the Cyber Cooler alone).
Hope this helps.

Thanks for all your support on these forums. I have one of these on order and was planning on running it off a Pecron battery under the rear seat. It has 12V 10A output line and I can charge it over USBC or plug it into AC if needed. Not sure what the average power draw will be. Your statement about efficiency of 12V got me thinking that I could run the in cabin cooler on 12V DC instead of using the built in inverter. Does this cooler use 12V DC is the question. If someone knows I would love to hear. Otherwise I can try to figure it out when it arrives.

Thanks again!

Yes. It does. The power supply portion in the back is just a glorified power brick inside

This is the connector on the AC DC convertor that the cooler plugs into for 12V. I'm going to make a cable to run it off a cigarette plug 12V on a power station. Anyone know what that is? Sorry for the crappy pic. It's the best I could find.

@CT_AZ_4x4 has listed pictures of how he did this. Apparently there is a power brick inside that you can disconnect.

Take the four screws out of the included power supply and open it up. You’ll understand immediatley how to achieve your 12 volt conversion.

Ordered mine through Tesstudio on June 18 2025. Still no tracking or shipping status update. Seeing how others have waited longer, am I wrong to feel scammed?

I’ve ordered a lot from them and had tough experiences too but hey eventually do ship. FWIW, the best way to communicate with the. Is through the WhatsApp help mechanism.
it’s what gets the fastest responses.
@Tesstudio also visits this forum somewhat so perhaps a DM too?

Message them. They ship from China and they can be difficult to get answers from, but everyone that I know that has been persistent with them has received answers eventually.

Our refrigerators are tested individually before they are shipped. The temperature inside depends on the external environment and how often the refrigerator door is opened. We suggest that you place it in a moderate-temperature environment for a while and avoid opening it frequently to see if that improves the situation.
