So it senses pressure and temp via Bluetooth like a valve TPMS does.

Ct also has a valve TPMS.

I think they can get rid of the TPMS sensor just like they did for the rain sensor in the windshield and replace them with AI, NN, and Machine Learning techniques to determine tire pressure. /s

The savings will be tremendous. There may be a "little" delay in working out the kinks of this "beta" method but patience is a virtue.

yeah, if Goodyear can get OEM’s to drop their own embedded in the tire, then the vehicle is basically married to the tire (if customers want to retain the functionality)

for the same reason, I don’t see it going well with customers

Replaced these at 22,000. Tesla covered 2 of the tires under warranty since the foam lining inside the tire(Sound Comfort) delaminated and balled up causing the truck to vibrate at highway speeds. Tesla is aware of the problem according to the tech.

Wondering if Tesla or Goodyear is using the SightLine Technology to track the issue??
