So you can't avoid the Tesla restriction other than waiting a year.Hi, I have one! Just received it this weekend.
How do you usually avoid this Tesla restriction?
So you roll the dice and try to get out from underneath it before prices drop further, or you keep it and enjoy the truck and sell it for $60k in a year.

I'm not a lawyer. I don't know what will and won't hold up in a court of law. The agreement says they can take all of the money you made from the sale (not just profit or 50k). I don't support scalpers either. So there really isn't much for me to say honestly. But I do know that the person who tries to buy a CT secondhand is not the person tesla will sue over the no resale clause. The original owner is the only one who can be held accountable.

( advancing my position ) Later this year tesla will start selling the non foundation $79,990 LESS fed tax credit $7,500 putting all foundation AWD and Beast owners upside down. If an owner of a cyberBEAST or AWD would like to roll the dice and has title or a pay off please DM me. If not i understand its not for everyone this play. Thank you.
