What? Especially the rear? So the rear is called quarter panels and the front are fenders and technically The CT has neither. The only difference between the pic you posted and the OP is that the kit in your pic is bigger. Widebody CAN be fender flares. In fact a lot of widebody kits are bolt on flares. In the case of the CyberTruck, it doesn't have fenders, any additional parts would be a wider body.Looks nice, but it's not a widebody if only the trim flares are wider. Need the fenders, especially the rears to be modded.
