FYI - I have gotten service here twice, most recently for a serious issue that left the truck immobile. After BOTH appointments my mobile connector was missing from the smuggler's bay.
The first time I went to use the connector (that was never even opened from the box) it was missing, just an empty box in it's place. I thought it was possible that maybe a valet took it out to charge and forgot to put it back, but I always keep the truck in valet mode. The service advisor gave me a brand new one as a courtesy. I gave him a giftcard as a thank you, since it saved me $300.
Most recently, my truck was in service for nearly 2 weeks and the day after I get it back, I check for the connector and it's missing AGAIN. They even took out the J7772 adapter that I had stuffed in there and just left it in the bay. I am going back today as they said they'd give me a replacement again, but I'm pretty mad about this.
Just a heads up if you take your vehicle there.
