How is tire alignment from the factory?

I had Tesla do it in out of caution but really wanted to let Firestone have a crack at it. Firestone told me it was in their system and the printout looks the same as well so likely the same machine.

Another Michelin Defender LTX Platinum Thread

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten 30k miles out of a set of tires. My wife’s BMW goes through a set a year. I’m pretty happy with the wear on the wranglers but glad you like those. I’d love to find a set that are quiet, look great and wear well.

Anyone ever get this vehicle controller error? vcsec_a164_attrswentmisingc

Bluetooth doesn't work at all in the truck, and I can't get phone key to work again so having to use my keycard. Strangely got the TPMS system malfunction error at the same time but don't know if it's related. Just one of those things you wake up to in the morning, no software updates. I made...

Mad Max is the FSD Mode I Finally Needed

Totally I agree I love mad max mode. Very similar with how I drive just a wee bit more safe/chill lol. Only complaint is how often it uses turn signals. I feel like it’s constantly on lol.

    Manned gated community and 14.1

So I live in a manned gated community with a gatehouse. One lane for guests one for residents. FSD v13 would always turn into the guest lane so I’d have to take over to use the resident barcode lane. This morning I tested the 14.1 update and same deal so I was bummed. Later today as I was...

    (Metal?) Bang or Clang Noise

I get a loud noise like this occasionally when shifting out of park. Almost always after rain or a car wash. To me it sounds like the parking break releasing but gets stuck when wet.

I have two Bluetooth controllers and when I want to use both I just disconnect my Bluetooth key and use the keycard in my wallet in the phone slot instead.

Nah FPL has unlimited charging for $31/mth but you have to use their equipment so I’m just going to replace this one under warranty if I have to.

CT killed my 2 home chargers

Just had an electrician out today to check out the install and he said everything looks fine. Both chargers are non Tesla 48amp on 60 amp breakers and have been working fine for 2 years or so. The one I bought has been offline since 8/6 when we had a power outage so perhaps it’s a surge...

CT killed my 2 home chargers

I have 2 home EV chargers, both on 60amp breakers, at my home. One is maintained by my power company the other is one I bought and rarely use. Over the weekend I was charging the truck and right when it hit 80% and finished charging, I also get a notification from the Tesla app that there was a...
