Any experiences similar to mine for UP accessories/parts? Orders in early September, and still looking at Q1-25 and feel concerned about that. Been waiting to do full re-mod of the BEAST since delivered in AUG.

just becoming anxious. I waited for best quality so hoping for that and the best!

So far that’s the general understanding. They’ve been taking orders all year only to delay shipping most things until next year. I believe a few items have trickled out as seen on the show trucks. I’m currently talking to them about putting a deposit down on a few items, but not in a rush since there are not many items shipping yet. I want to make sure the final product is as expected and not different from the initial prototypes.

We have been shipping wheel and wheel packages, Wheel Spacers, Roof Racks and MOLLE Sails, and Rear Bumpers.

Rocker Panel /Rock Sliders are due in anytime and will begin shipping ASAP for backorders.
Other items will begin shipping throughout Q1 as we scale production.

We appreciate everyone's CT product orders with UP and look forward to seeing of all the installs.

what happened to the LED lights that were supposed to be in the bumper? I just got my crate and dont see them in it and they arent in the pics you posted? But they still say they are included on the website?

They are arriving anytime and we will ship to all customers that received their bumpers.
We needed to validate the 48v LEDs before shipping, so they play nice with the CT.

Hey @UP_Kirk, in those instructions for the Rear bumper, what speaker is that? Is that the PWS or the Superhorn? I did not know there was a rear one, I was only aware of speakers in the front.

Just got my rear bumper this week, looking forward to putting it on shortly, once we stop having snowstorms long enough for me to do it.

@UP_Kirk, thanks for the install instructions. Do you have any addendum for the rock bars and swing arm? I checked the website via the QR code, but it doesn't look like any of the CT instructions are posted yet.

So, I have received the Molle Panels and Roof Racks for my Cybertruck. I will state that I wasn't impressed with the powder coating as my molle panels had several chips of the coating exposing the bare steel (now rusting) and the roof racks were better, but still had a few chips in the coating. I also purchased the side running boards from TSportline and their powder coating was MUCH better and thicker., Not a single issue with those at all.

I took a video of a few chips I noticed when unboxing the Molle Panels and took photos after install to show the UP Team and I am still waiting on some sort of touch up paint.

I recevied my roof racks after the molle panels because I ordered them after the fact, I wasn't going to do the roof racks, but decided the Cybertruck would look cooler with them. I installed them yesterday and went for a drive..... the wind noise is insane. Once I hit about 50 mph it sounds like I have a crotchrocket right behind me. It is BAD. I messaged my sales rep and he said it is normal for roof racks to cause wind noise.

What sucks is if I want to return this product (not because I don't like the look or function, but because of the wind noise it is making) I will have to take a 30% hit AND pay a crap ton of money to ship the product back to UP.

I love the look of the UP Products... they look badass. However, the powder coating quality isn't there, they are delayed on shipping items for months and their products are some of the most expensive items I have for the Cybertruck. I figured If I was spending this kind of money the product would be better. I shouldn't be receiving an item with chipped powder coating and have the company expect to just send me touch up paint (that they don't even have yet). I shouldn't be getting a product that when installed makes my drive miserable with wind noise when my speed is 50mph or higher. This shouldn't be acceptable. I purchased from UP because I assumed a United States made product would be better than the stuff coming from China... but it just isn't. It might look cooler, but the product itself isn't worth the money.

Another thing that really makes me mad about UP is when I was purchasing the from bull bar and the carbon fiber hood attachment my sales rep said I HAVE to buy those items with the LED light strip in them and that they were not going to make these products any longer without them. Well that was another $1,000 to my purchase price even though you can go onto the website today and preorder the products with the LED lights in them. I am still waiting on these 2 products, but I might be having to cancel my order with them if they are going to give me problems with returning the roof rack.
