My tonneau cover is stuck. It seems to be cocked at an angle. It won’t move forward or backward.

There is some calibration method in the service menu, I don't know if it'll work being its completely jammed up, but nothing to lose at this point, you're looking at a service appt either way.

I was able to get my tonneau cover to work again. I noticed that, when nearly closed, it was a bit ascew. I pressed on the open button and banged on the end of the tonneau cover with the base of my hand. It moved a little, I kept pressing on the open button, banging on the outer edge with the heel of the palm of my hand and it rolled up completely. I tried to roll it back out by pressing the close button and it wouldn’t budge. So, I got in the cabin, found the calibration control on the main screen and did a calibration, but it didn’t budge. I did a computer reset by holding down the 2 scroll buttons on the steering wheel. Still wouldn’t budge.
Somehow, I got it to work from the control screen. It must have been the reboot.

At least it works, I'd still probably make a service appt since you won't get one for a month anyway. im sure something is out of alignment. Did you do the calibration in the service menu? Might be different than the one you did, worth a look.

If the tonneau is still crooked, get the appointment set up. Mine developed that over time and got to the point it would need recalibrating every week since it wouldn't fully close without holding the button. Service Center replaced the rail assembly (essentially the track the rollers roll on) and has been perfect ever since. Mine is an April 2024 build and evidently the rails had gotten updated due to what they said was binding problems they saw in the field.
