How is the quality? Pretty Sturdy?
Anyone have a guess on how much weigh the lid can lift?

Solid aluminum construction with rubber isolator. I think 15lbs limited have been flowing around on this forum. I also have the rear vault sail molle panels and the vertical divider. All solidly built for everyday duty use.

This looks like a great idea. The only thing preventing me from ordering accessories like this is my mistrust toward the security of the frunk. After reading multiple owners experience frunks opening themselves and personally experiencing it once, I do not keep anything valuable in there.

I understand. I am suggest you can install some side molle panels or bed divider that is a good way for you to storage.
