Tesla app keeps connecting and disconnecting

The Tesla app keeps connecting and disconnecting. Also, will not sync contacts. Is this Android issue?

Phone issue. It happens and you get used to it.

Contacts did finally sync.

No fix then? It just close enough to the truck to connect (Bluetooth?) and then disconnects? It's a little distracting. Maybe I can turn off notification for the Tesla app but then something noteworthy would happen.
