I have owned Teslas since 2013–I have been through the entire SEXY line and now I am waiting on my cybertruck. I have never been more frustrated with Tesla—I have a VIN, I paid last week and the service center has gone dark (Mt Kisco). They have stopped picking up the phone or returning messages. Definitely a break from the old days where the service centers prided themselves on service. Anyone else having this issue? It’s just bad form for a six figure truck purchase. After 11 years with Tesla, it might be time to break up.
