I have owned Teslas since 2013–I have been through the entire SEXY line and now I am waiting on my cybertruck. I have never been more frustrated with Tesla—I have a VIN, I paid last week and the service center has gone dark (Mt Kisco). They have stopped picking up the phone or returning messages. Definitely a break from the old days where the service centers prided themselves on service. Anyone else having this issue? It’s just bad form for a six figure truck purchase. After 11 years with Tesla, it might be time to break up.

Elon says Tesla is an AI company.

Service now will be just like other companies that have automated customer assistance systems instead of real people (even poor English speaking people).

How long have you had a VIN? Did they say the truck arrived already?

Typically it's about 14-16 days from VIN to delivery. If it hasn't been 14 days yet, there is probably no use blasting them with messages as it's not going to make anything go any faster.

Just curious, did you hammer call or otherwise harass the Tesla SC when you ordered your other Teslas?

If not, I think you know the answer to your own question dude.

Oh and you’re thinking about “breaking up” with Tesla after you’ve received a VIN and you’re paid???

Owning several Teslas (and even if you are a stockholder), don't get your reprieve from the resident fan boiz.

My daughter, an early adopter was then singing hosannas about Tesla service that convinced the husband to replace his Range Rover with a Plaid.

And then two service incidents, the last one making them wait 3 hours in cold winter snow before the service screw arrived made them less an admirer.

And fan boiz, it's not the driver or owner fault, they are not ignorant (both have college degrees and one in chemistry), their minds were not poisoned by big bad MSM, not haters either (on the contary they both love their Teslas replacing 2 Ferraris, 1 Lambo Aventador, Range Rover, Prius...) as Tesla admitted to software glitch.

I just got a customer service survey. I used all my available characters but they probably should have at least waited until it was resolved or I had some feedback after a week before the survey.
