I've seen the blow up mattress for the back seat but was wondering if there is a non inflatable option? Maybe I have to make one.

Back seat sleeping was too tight for me at 6’1”. I’ve been using the method described by another poster last year who showed how easy it is to remove the front passenger seat and use some easily shaped plywood lengthwise, with a Hest mattress on top. I also have a Hest Dually for sleeping in the vault, those mattresses are incredibly comfortable. If your height allows sleeping crosswise in the back seat you should consider modifying a Hest to fit (but would still need a base platform).
