New part numbers for Cybertruck panels with glue issues

Yeah, I live about 10 miles north of Boston (near the 95/93 intersection).

No wrap, just plain steel with Core wheels.

I bought a used Model X 2023 with FSD paid for and planning on transferring to a new build cybertruck when the new Hampshire location can take deliveries

I have been eyeing the cybertruck parts catalog ever since my cybertruck got bought back for many of the panels having glue issues and getting loose.

Over the past few months they have been slowly adding new versions of the panels, for example first it was the Cantrail, now I am see a new part number for the frunk lower panel, front fenders and the quarter panels. Nothing yet for the tailgate or the doors so my thought is maybe they are just using the new structural adhesive on those panels but the ones with the new part number have added welds or something else

Just wanted to share this with you guys as I am waiting to order my new cybertruck once I feel like the ones coming off the line are have all the new panels

I scheduled service for cantrail replacement and my appointment was cancelled and that I would be informed when the new parts were available at my service center... still waiting for that rescheduling.

Yes I saw, I will be going to that! Sadly this does not mean they will be able to take deliveries yet but still gonna go!

Def. getting old with the constant panel replacements. Guess I won't have the newest pieces re-wrapped if more panels need replaced in the future. Ug!

Yea it’s pretty frustrating that’s why I’m waiting until maybe June to order my new one

@ShockAuto, is this a cold-weather issue? I'm an early build (under 1,700 VIN), and in Florida, and haven't had any issues in 14 months...

Similar, but over in TX and after 14mo and 30k+ miles, not a single issue with glue or anything we see our brothers up north are having. I def could see the cold impacting the adhesive though.
