We should start a "refinishing club" to split up those packs

After ordering the 20 pads I definitely remember thinking "hmm, someone could make a business out of this". As in, buying them in bulk and reselling at a markup in bundles of 2-3 pads, the interface pad, and some recommended 6" RO sanders. Then I though "anyone with CT money can drop $1K on equipment that will save them much more than that"

No worries about the OCD, If I can just get a solid weekend to myself I should be able to wash, refinish, and ceramic coat the body panels and more importantly the plastic trim. Coated our Thule roof box last year and after a trip down to OBX and back, the bugs washed off easily and it had crazy beading. Even the unpainted crinkle finish thermoformed underside looked much better after. The coating darkened the plastic while also making it very slick.

Also need to test and see how the interior vinyl reacts to CarPro Leather 2.0 coating. Right now the interior just looks/feels a little dry/chalky. So if they coating can darken it a bit and make more of a satin vs flat appearance I wouldn't mind that.

There's also something appealing to me about the raw stainless and the variation in it. The simple brutalist design and raw material/patina reminds me of the monuments scattered around my homeland: https://www.spomenikdatabase.org/photo-directory

That would take me a week

I'm exhausted just thinking about it
