I still can’t understand why this product exist? Can you way pros and cons of this product compared to a Tesla charger with adapters?
Sorry for the delay in reply here.. I'm happy to lay this out for you.

While the Tesla Mobile Connector is suitable for typical home use, the J+ BOOSTER 2 is designed with a focus on durability, increased power output, and better resistance to the elements. That makes it a potentially excellent fit for your Cybertruck's capabilities. Here are some key differences:

  1. Charging Speed & Power:
    • J+ BOOSTER 2: 40A (9.6 kW)
    • Tesla Mobile Connector: 32A (7.7 kW)

The J+ BOOSTER 2 offers roughly 25% more power. For a vehicle like the Cybertruck with its substantial battery capacity, that increase can translate to a noticeable reduction in charging time, especially when using compatible outlets that can supply the full current.
  2. Environmental Protection:
    • J+ BOOSTER 2: IP67 Waterproof & Dustproof (Submersible)
    • Tesla Mobile Connector: NEMA 4X Rated (Water-Resistant)

If you anticipate charging outdoors, especially in challenging conditions, the J+ BOOSTER 2's IP67 rating is a significant advantage. It's designed to withstand full submersion, heavy rain, and other harsh elements. The Tesla Mobile Connector is water-resistant, but not intended for that level of exposure.
  3. Durability and Build Quality:
    • J+ BOOSTER 2: Military-grade aluminum housing (Crushproof & Impact-Resistant)
    • Tesla Mobile Connector: Plastic Housing

The J+ BOOSTER 2's construction offers a higher level of protection against physical damage. If you expect to be charging in rugged environments like active job sites, or just don't want to worry about damaging it, the more robust housing can provide peace of mind.
  4. Versatility:
    • J+ BOOSTER 2: Wide Range of NEMA Outlet Adapters (5-15, 5-20, 6-15, 6-20, 6-50, 14-50, L5-30, SS2-50, TT-30) with aerospace-style metal connectors for a secure connection.

Tesla’s Mobile Connector does have a few of the common adapter options for different outlets. The J+ BOOSTER 2 adapters feature aerospace-style metal connectors, which ensure you can achieve a safe and secure connection while charging.
In Summary:

Ultimately, the ideal charger depends on your personal charging scenario. The Tesla Mobile Connector might work for some, but the J+ BOOSTER 2 gives you faster charging (40A), true IP67 waterproofing & dustproofing, a more robust build for tougher environments, and solid connection reliability – providing extra peace of mind.

On the other hand, the J+ BOOSTER 2 offers exceptional flexibility and durability. It’s a portable charger that delivers up to 40A at 240V and can be used in various locations, making it ideal for Cybertruck owners who require a versatile charging solution that can adapt to both home and travel needs.

The choice really comes down to what aligns best with your lifestyle. If a reliable, fixed charging point is what you need, the Tesla charger is an excellent choice. However, if you’re looking for a charger that can accompany you on various adventures and provide robust service in different environments, the J+ BOOSTER 2 is worth considering.

We aim to enhance the EV experience by offering solutions tailored to different needs, ensuring that the J+ BOOSTER 2 is a strong option for those seeking flexibility and reliability in their charging options.
You may consider sourcing a NACS plug and cable as well. There are a lot of Supercharger contracts with other brands coming available soon. That will make NACS a more common standard, there are other vendors that are looking to or starting to install this standard on their vehicles.

I looked at your product while back and it does have appealing attributes but all the rough and tough of it is kindof negated by having to use the adapter.

This product is a fairly direct competitor to yours (albeit less stylish LoL), is a little cheaper, and offers NACS (I do not own it but have talked with them as well and own their cyber 80A house charger). All of theirs are weather rated as well. https://grizzl-e.com/products/grizzl-e-mini

I'm not knocking your brand, just providing my 2¢ from this side of the fence. Product improvement and competition is always good.
