Fingerprint reader / scanner spotted on prototype?

Looks like the same switchgear as on the last few prototypes I’ve seen. They were only buttons; not fingerprint readers. It worked similar to a Model X.

That must be it. If you don't have your phone on you or bluetooth is glitching, you get fried.

I’ve read, due to fingerprint accuracy concerns, lips will be used instead of fingerprints.

To open, just kiss the B pillar.

Pretty cool to see tech like that on a prototype—fingerprint scanners are definitely the future of vehicle security.
