I have to say, if you read posts in this forum, and god forbid Reddit, you would think the Service Center experience is a total shitshow, but maybe that's not the case. From scheduling, to drop-off, loaner, repair and pick up every step of the process has been flawless and well communicated. This was my first time ever taking one of our Tesla's in for service (5 years and 3 vehicles). I set an appoint to take care of the wiper and sail recall, replace the flat cable, and resolve a rattle in the back passenger door. Everything came back resolved, and they even tightened up the plastic cap/trim on the tailgate. My wife loved the X we got as a loaner, and maybe that's her next car (we'll see what's up with the Y refresh first)This was without a doubt the best manufacturer service experience I've ever had (Audi/VW was a nightmare). I get it, people tend to be more vocal when they aren't happy with an experience, but we need more "they got it right" posts.
The only thing I think they could improve on is having my truck drive unsupervised to and from the appointment.
