Deposit Gone?

Can anyone help me on this, several years ago probably 4.5 now, I made a deposit of £200 As requested by Tesla to show confirmed interest in placing an
order for the Cyber Truck, this order was placed in the UK, where I live. I have contacted Tesla UK several times, but they don't return emails or calls. Did anyone else make a similar deposit to tesla about the same time? Thanks for reading.

Log into your Tesla account using the same email that you placed your deposit with. It should be there.

Tesla doesn't answer phone calls or emails not through the app.

Not worried about the $100. On my Cyber Truck that will be 4 years come November.

It’s the $152. I just placed on the Telo Truck last week 6/15/23.

Does the money sit in an escrow account that insures it’s actually refundable? Or can it be used to float the company and if it goes down, I go down with it?

Not that $152. Is going to hurt, but there’s no fine print on the Telo site other than saying it’s refundable. I guess My CC company can back it for several months, but let’s see if Telo actually sets up an online account for me.

I paid £100 in February 2020 and that reservation is shown on my account on the Tesla website, duel motor with FSD however there’s nothing showing on the App.

If Tesla goes down, it could only be because humanity has bigger problems than your $152. Much bigger.

As long as you have your reservation number you will be in the line line waiting for your CT.

It’s millions of people now waiting in line and as we get nearer to launch there will be even more people joining the back of the line.

I can see more people going the back of the line every year than CTs can be produced. The waiting list will keep growing more than they can fullfill orders.

scalpers will have their day and I expect for the lucky ones who are near the front of the line will be able to sell for more than twice what they paid for it
