Low pressure is for traction by increasing contact surface area through tire deformation. You won’t improve compliance that much by lowering pressure and you lose ride height. I can tell you that the Duratrac RT (aka winter package) tire has better compliance maybe because the sidewalls are less stiff.
I have gone to 18-20 lbs while towing an 8-9000lb camper onto a beach. Works great, no sinking or spinning. I think 20-25lb on rocks at slow speed is ok for me and my style of driving, while driving MY truck but don't do what I do.
I see many make the mistake of driving with the suspension set on very high. It reduces the suspension travel and it has about as much traction as a radio flyer.

Ideally, smaller rims and bigger tires get a nice soft ride and float over sand well. 18" rims with 35" tires can be used on Cybertruck as it is now. check out this package:

I would love to see a "Baja Edition" with room to fit 38" tires but it would require substantial changes so I'm doubtful it will happen anytime soon. Although there is a 2.5" lift kit coming someday... : https://unpluggedperformance.com/product/tesla-cybertruck-up-invincible-2-5-inch-lift-kit/
