I am in the process of moving and I just got done driving through the mountains around Shasta, CA with the outside temp of 1-10F and I am towing about 2k lbs with about another 1k in cargo.

I was getting about 850-880wh/mi with my climate in auto. I remember reading on here people said the auto profile may not be tuned for cold weather. Sure enough I switched seat heat to 1, fan speed 5, 72F, upper and mid sections only with AC and recirculate on and my power usage immediately plummeted and steadied out at about 700-720wh/mi. I was comfortable enough to drive like this in just my t shirt and jeans.

If you are in cold weather environments, I recommend controlling your climate manually.

Yes, many cold-climate Tesla owners have extended their range by keeping the cabin temp low and relying on the seat heaters to remain comfortable.

That really won't work for me, I use the seat heaters even in the summer and turn on the heat when it drops below 70º
