What is the cheapest wrap to buy, just want something for a few months. Would like to make a Santa sleigh for Christmas.

Also - is there such a thing as wrapping over another wrap - so I can have a regular wrap and then add seasonal wraps.

All the material I've heard of will stick to each other and when you pull the top one off it will take the other wrap with it.
